afresh

With the weather warming up, we thought we'd go play some tennis with Marissa and Chase.
We had a great time, even though I'm lucky to get the ball over the net.

A few days later Phil, Lacey, and Gabe got into town.
Words cannot describe how much I adore this kid.

I think I overwhelmed him with screams, smooches, and squeezes.

It's safe to say he thinks I'm berserk.
I'm ok with it.

Last Friday, Ian and Sharesa were married!
Woot woot.
The whole day was superb and I just think they are the cutest.

Sharesa looked exquisite.
I'm so delighted for them.

And lastly, Mike threw a Murder Mystery Party up at the Waldorf Astoria the following night.
It was a riot, and we laughed the entire night.
Mike is incredible.

I was Jean.
Dallin was Pierre.

The entire group.

may roundup

May was good to us.
Here is my effort to recap the happenings.
My parents took off to frolic on a cruise to Northern Europe for about two weeks.
We had a great time watching my little brothers while they were away.

This little guy took advantage and got a few snow cone runs outta me.

Ryker had his first swim meet and he killed it.
I loved being there and cheering him on.

We celebrated Mother's Day with my mom a few days before they left on their trip.
I can't say enough about this beautiful lady.
I love her so much.

On Mother's Day we got to spend some time with D's mom.
We have a lot of love for this mama.

Two of my dear friends got married in the middle of May.
I couldn't be happier for M'liss and Parker.
They are adorable.

M'liss was a stunning bride.

We went down to Provo and hung out with Chase and Marissa for a night.

She took us on a walk around her serene neighborhood.

On Memorial Day weekend we went up to my parent's cabin for a few relaxing days.
Dallin and I had the chance to stop and see my Grandpa's new headstone.
It was so wonderful.  But I sure do miss that special man.

We had a great time. As you can see by this last shot.
